Roswell Bicycle Criterium 2010
The 2010 Roswell Bicycle Criterium was help April 25'th in Roswell Georgia. A criterium is a shorter race, usually 4o-90 minutes, held on local streets within a community. A criterium is a a great spectator event because the cyclists pass every 2-3 minutes as a they circle the 1-2 mile course. The race's last throughout the day with various categories based on skill and ability. The final race of the day is a Pro race with competitive cyclists from around the world. In fact Sundays winner was South African and second place Australian. The following shots took place throughout the day capturing the thrill of victory, agony of maximum effort and of course lots of spandex and shaved legs. The photos of the finish were in succession as the winner crossed the finish line. I like the Black and white photo of the rider as he reaches for another gear both mentally and physically, perhaps one he didn't know he had. The other's photos show the color and pageantry, the skill of how close these riders are to each other and the determination in each face..
